Are you great at what you do but want a clear roadmap for your business success?
Business Mentor & Accountability Partner
If you’re ready to leave the business rollercoaster behind and need support and accountability to take the right next steps, I’m here to help.
I can tell you what you need to do in your business, show you want to do, or provide a done for you service.
Whether you are just getting started or have been in business a few years, book a free chat and let’s talk about the support you need.
If it’s time to look at your business through your CEO eyes, and take a critical look at your finances, services and pricing plus your marketing approach, then my Fresh Pair of Eyes service is for you.
We’ll identify the gaps in your business essentials and create a clear plan of action for you to take.
You’ll be confident that you are focused on the right next steps for your business.
Have you got your business essentials nailed?
When you started your business did you use a checklist of tasks or follow a programme of activities to set yourself up for success. Or maybe like most of the business owners I work with, you did what you knew to do, cobbled together what you thought was right and left the rest to another day (that hasn’t yet come).
There is a high chance of gaps in your business and I’m here to fill in those gaps because we don’t know what we don’t know.
Are you ready to share what’s going on behind the scenes, not matter how scary or overwhelming that might be?
If you’re ready to look at your business through your CEO eyes, then my Fresh Pair of Eyes service is for you.
My Fresh Pair of Eyes services looks at 3 key parts of your business: Financials, Service and Pricing and Marketing. Through a set of carefully selected questions, we identify the gaps, and I advise you on what to do next. If you’re not sure on how to take the action I can help with that too.
At the end of the session, you’ll have:
- A clear list of actions to take in your business.
- The confidence to know you’re focusing on the right actions.
- A renewed sense of purpose in your business, and the fire in your belly to push forward.
- A support system (if you want it)
The session is hosted on Zoom and takes up to 90 minutes. After the session I email a set of recommended next steps for you to take and any resources that I feel will help you.
The cost is £175.

About Me
I’m Vicky Labinger, wife to Jason, Mum to Jasmine (23) and Jessica (20) and Bucky the black lab (3). On January 1st 2021, I quit the corporate world and started my first business, as an Interior Designer. Having spent 30+ years working for someone, I found myself at the bottom of the garden working out of a posh shed. I was both CEO, bookkeeper, designer, social media expert, office admin, tea maker and office cleaner.
It was both an exciting and scary time as I navigated the rollercoaster of starting a business. There were several times in those first few years when I thought about quitting and going back to get a ‘proper job’.
It was often very lonely – I might only leave the house to go visit a client once or twice a week. Which for someone who had always been travelling for work to visit clients in UK, Europe and the USA, my wings felt very clipped.
All in all, it took a lot of adjustment, and most of it not easy.
Nine months in I quickly realised I missed the ‘business’ side of work and I reached out to 4 Interior Designers to offer them tester mentoring sessions. It gave me a chance to see if I liked mentoring, and them a chance to get a fresh pair of eyes on their business.
For both it was a success and I started mentoring more and more Interior Designers through my Interior Design business, my Claybrick Home.
Fast forward to 2023, I set up Vicky Labinger Ltd and started to move all my business under my name.
Now, I mentor all types of businesses, because the challenges I work with business owners on are typically the same: not generating enough leads which impacts revenue, unsure where and how to market their business – popping a few random posts on social media isn’t working, unsure of what tech to use to run their business on, and when to recruit or outsource key activities.
