We’ll start with a guided reflection on 2025 - what worked, what didn’t, and what you’ve learned.
Then we’ll look ahead:
→ Define your goals for 2026
→ Map out clear building blocks between where you are now and where you want to be
→ Identify what you’ll need - support, structure, and accountability — to make it happen

Customer Experience Power-Up (4:00–4:45)
We’ll finish the day by flipping the lens: away from your goals, and toward your clients.
In this final group session, we’ll explore:
→ What does exceptional customer service look like in your business?
→ How do you welcome new clients and nurture existing ones?
→ Where are the gaps — and where can you surprise and delight?
